PERMA SCAN
PERMA SCAN is a 2D remote laser welding tool. It is suitable for non-filled laser scanning deep welding process of galvanized plate or aluminum alloy plate. Also suitable for ultra-narrow flange edge design fillet weld lap form, effectively reduce thermal variables, especially for product lightweight and processing efficiency to provide a new solution.
?PERMA SCAN adopts the design logic and language of PERMANOVA Welding Tool series, thus lots of common elements, function modules and process technology were employed, which is easy for clients to operate and maintain
?Four scanning types shown as followed figure could be realized. The energy distribution in different location could be adjust individually in various types
?Coaxial optical seam tracking system: tracking range is 360° with the accuracy ±0.05mm, could be extended with PLASMO coaxial optical seam quality online monitoring system. PermaScan 1.0 intelligent control system was used in order to realize welding process monitoring
